Shearon Parham is a passionate entrepreneur, certified life coach, and founder of The Influence Event Suite – an elegant, highly versatile venue located in Montgomery, Illinois. For more than twenty years, Shearon has combined event expertise with purpose-driven coaching to design experiences that uplift, restore, and celebrate people at every stage of life.
As a minority, female business owner, Shearon leads with five core values – Integrity, Excellence, Respect, Innovation, and Compassion. Those values shape everything at The Influence Event Suite: from thoughtful, flexible layouts and state-of-the-art audiovisual technology to warm, attentive planning and day-of coordination. Whether hosting a wedding, milestone celebration, corporate seminar, or healing workshop, Shearon and her team are known for seamless execution and genuine care.
Beyond entrepreneurship, Shearon is a devoted wife and mother who also serves Illinois communities through her corporate 9–5, supporting under-privileged individuals with resources and advocacy. Faith anchors her life and leadership; she attends Living Word Christian Center and serves with the Foundation Ministry, helping others build a strong spiritual foundation. She is equally committed to mentoring – encouraging women and emerging leaders to move through grief, rediscover purpose, and step into their calling.
Shearon is the Founder-Visionary of the Quad Counties Black Hall of Fame, debuting in February 2026. The initiative will celebrate excellence across the region while cultivating the next generation of mentors and community leaders. Through the QC BHOF, scholarships and impact programs for students, community servants, and entrepreneurs will expand access to education, opportunity, and service.
