Darius Glover is a rising prophetic voice and revivalist, carrying a mantle to awaken and equip his generation for the glory of God. Deeply in love with Jesus and wholly surrendered to the advancement of the Kingdom, Darius encountered the Lord in a radical way at the age of 14. Since then, he has passionately devoted his life to preaching the Gospel and equipping the Body of Christ.

Marked by a powerful teaching and preaching ministry, Darius ministers with a strong emphasis on the demonstration of the Holy Spirit and power. He carries a burning desire to see lives transformed, hearts ignited, and believers activated in their God-given callings. With a heart anchored in the Great Commission, he is committed to making disciples of all nations and empowering the Church to walk in the fullness of Christ. With a heart for the nations, Darius is honored to minister the Gospel of Jesus Christ across the United States and abroad, including impactful international missions throughout the Caribbean.

Darius is faithfully dedicated to the Ephesians 4 mandate—to equip the saints for the work of ministry and build up the Body of Christ. He serves as a Prophet and leader within his local assembly and region, where he is known for his integrity, humility, and passion for Jesus. As a prophetic voice, he believes his greatest honor is to unveil the person of Jesus and draw hearts into deeper intimacy with Him.

Darius resides in the Chicagoland area. He is joyfully married to the love of his life, Joanette Glover, and is the proud father of their daughter, Charis, the Victorious Champion. Affectionately known as The Grateful Glovers, Darius and Joanette serve together in ministry, wholeheartedly laboring for revival, reformation, and the glory of God in the earth.

Education

Passionate, Resourceful, Creative and Ball of Sunshine are words that come to mind when thinking of Joanette Glover. A Native of Chicago, she is the oldest of three girls. She is a proud alumna of Illinois State University, Home of the Redbirds, where she received a degree in Information Systems with a concentration in Systems Development and Analysis. In addition, she is a proud alumna of Roosevelt University, Home of the Lakers, where she earned a Master of Arts in Public Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Management. Joanette did not stop learning and after her masters, enrolled and graduated from Harper College earning a certificate in Family Child Care and credentials for Early Childhood Administration.

Career

After graduating college, Joanette began her 16+ year career at AT&T in the IT organization. Due to Joanette’s passion, great work ethic, and outstanding success, she has earned many work awards and leadership recognition. In addition to her work as a System Engineer, Joanette served as the President of Women of AT&T and AT&T Pioneers, which are volunteer organizations to impact the communities through education, outreach and providing resources. Under her leadership, both groups received national recognition including “Chapter of the Year and she implemented many signature programs such as Girls Rock Technology (STEM workshop), D.E.A.R Day- Drop Everything And Read, and I Can B.E.E, a workshop exposing teens to STEM field careers.

Ministry

In addition to Mrs. Glover’s rewarding career, education accomplishments and philanthropic endeavors, she is most humbled and honor to be chosen by God. She has a deep love for God, a hunger and excitement to live for Jesus and serve him with all her heart. From a young age, her commitment to Jesus was evident, and at the age of 14, she dedicated her life to the Lord. At 22, on the day of her baptism, she fully embraced the call to ministry as a Pastor with a heart surrendered to God’s will.

Pastor Joanette serves humbly as a Pastor and Elder at Encounter Worship Center in Park Forest, Illinois. She joyfully leads Encounter Kids Children’s Ministry and has contributed her gifts in numerous areas, including prayer and intercession, pastoral care, teaching, curriculum development, and leading youth initiatives. She has committed her hands and resources to work in any area assigned for the building of God’s kingdom. Whether at work, ministry or working with children; you will encounter Pastor Joan’s smile that will leave an indelible imprint of joy.

Her compassion, hunger for God’s kingdom and love for Jesus has opened doors for her to travel across the U.S. and internationally, spreading the gospel and speaking at both corporate and spiritual conferences. Pastor Joanette is passionate about cultivating kingdom marriages and godly  families, and discipleship.  

Above all, she is honored to be the wife of Darius Glover and the mother of Charis Victoria Joy Glover. Cultivating her Kingdom family is her joy. Together with her husband, they launched “Graced Preemie Parents” a support organization for families going through the NICU after becoming parents to a 24-week champion, Charis.

Living out the words of Matthew 6:33, “Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you,” Pastor Joanette is dedicated to pursuing God’s kingdom and sharing His love and truth wherever she goes.
